A few years ago I needed my roof replaced. What I learned in the process is the whole reason this company exists.

I did what most homeowners do. I called around and got quotes. Four of them. And the range was honestly kind of shocking. The highest came in at $16,000. The lowest was $7,000. Same house. Same job. Same materials.
So I started asking questions.
The guy at $7,000 wasn't cutting corners. He had the experience, the right crew, the right materials. He'd been doing this for years. The only difference between him and the $16,000 guy was that he wasn't showing up anywhere online. No website. No Google listing. No ads. I found him through a Facebook post, almost by accident.
But I kept thinking about it afterward. That guy left $9,000 on the table. Not because he wasn't good enough, but because nobody could find him. How many jobs is he losing every month to guys who are worse, just because they show up first on Google?
That question is why I started Success Drive Media.
I'm a lifelong sales guy. I know how to find customers, how to build systems that bring leads in consistently, and how to make sure the right people can find you when they're ready to hire. That's what I'm good at.
What I saw in that roofing experience is that the best contractor doesn't always win. The most visible one does. And that's a problem worth solving.
SDM is my answer to that problem. Built specifically for skilled owner-operators in the Boise and Treasure Valley area. Not big established companies with marketing departments, but the one-man or small-crew operations doing genuinely good work who just need a reliable way to get found.
I'm not trying to sign up fifty clients. I work with a small number of contractors at a time so I can actually pay attention to what's happening with each one.
So I can see what's getting calls, what isn't, and what needs adjusting — for every contractor I take on.
Everything runs through a real tracking system, so you see exactly where your leads come from. No guesswork.
If at any point it's not working, I'd rather tell you that straight than keep taking your money.
It's a genuine first look at your online visibility. Where you stand right now, what's working, what isn't, and what's realistically possible. I'll tell you honestly what I find, including if I don't think I can help you.
If after we talk there's a clear opportunity and you want to move forward, I'll explain what that looks like. If there isn't, you walk away with a straight answer and no hard feelings.
